• Weekly price is $40/hour ($80 with 2 people)

• Biweekly price is $50/hour ($100 with 2 people)

• Monthly price is $60/hour ($120 with 2 people)

• Moveouts are a very thorough type of cleaning as there are a lot of nitty gritty things to do (specific details on Our Cleaning Process page). The condition and square footage is a major determining factor for pricing, but it roughly comes out to $75/hour.

• First time cleaning is always more money because of the extra work involved, being that everything has to be thoroughly deep cleaned before it can be cleaned on a regular basis.

These are the standard prices and can vary as described above. Our goal is to offer a reasonable rate while making your home your the best it can be.
